Blair Kooistra **

An outstanding rail photographer from his teens, Blair had an eye
for composition and a journalist's ability to tell a good story.
His articles appeared in various rail pubs in the 1980's and 90's.
Mr. Kooistra lives in Texas where he dispatches trains for BNSF
and continues to take rail pictures when he can.
